I’m a Linux System Administrator working at the newest California State University, often tasked with coming up with solutions that aren’t usually available in a single package (or if they are in one package are horrible to set up…Yes, I’m looking at you RT).  So, I do what I can to Force Stuff Together, and make a viable solution.  I set this up mainly to record the solutions I’ve forced together, and to perhaps help others out there who come across some of the same issues.
